- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders or unexpected delays, we will notify you by email or phone.

3. Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping is free for orders above ₹500.
- For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies.
- Express shipping charges (if available) will be calculated at checkout.
4. Delivery Coverage
- We currently deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and courier details.
- You can track your shipment via the courier partner’s website or through your Everneeds account.
6. Undeliverable Packages
In case the courier service is unable to deliver the package after multiple attempts due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Unreachable contact number
- Recipient unavailable
…the order may be returned to us. We will contact you to reattempt delivery (additional charges may apply).
7. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with:
- Do not accept the delivery.
- Inform the delivery agent and contact us immediately at nalimela007@gmail.com with photos and order details.
8. Change of Delivery Address
To request a change in the delivery address after placing an order, please contact us within 12 hours at nalimela007@gmail.com. Changes may not be possible once the order is shipped.
